If you don't want to work with Visualizers connected via USB you can uncheck the box in order to disable the device discovery for USB Visualizers. This will also speed up the process of detecting all available Visualizers while refreshing the list of connected Visualizers.

To recall the default settings for this dialog tab, click "Reset settings". The other tabs of the "Preferences" dialog box are not affected.
